Charging, Battery, and Power
Charge Serenity safely and understand the battery and charging indicators.
Charging Serenity
Charge Serenity fully before first use.
- Connect a USB-C cable to the device’s charging port.
- Connect the other end to a compatible USB power adapter.
- Watch the battery indicator lights to confirm charging has started.
- Disconnect the charging cable when charging is complete.
Battery Indicators
- Battery bars cycling from one to three: Charging.
- Battery bars turn off after charging: Charging complete.
- Battery bars blinking: Low battery.
Battery Life
A full charge is expected to provide approximately 20 to 30 standard sessions, depending on usage.
Actual battery life may vary.
Charging Safety
- Do not use Serenity while it is charging.
- Keep the device and charging connections dry.
- Do not charge near water, on soft surfaces, or in direct sunlight.
- Use only a compatible power adapter.
- Do not charge a device that appears damaged, swollen, or unusually hot.
- Disconnect the charging cable once charging is complete.
If Serenity does not charge normally, stop charging and contact Zeno Labz support.
