Read this section carefully before using Serenity.

Serenity delivers electrical stimulation through the earlobes. Although intended for general wellness use, it may not be appropriate for everyone.

Do Not Use Serenity If You:

• Are under 18 years of age.
• Are pregnant.
• Have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, cochlear implant, or another implanted electronic medical device.
• Have metallic implants in the head or neck.
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
• Have a serious heart condition.
• Have broken, infected, or significantly irritated skin where the clips would be attached.

These restrictions are intended to reduce potential risks associated with electrical stimulation.

Speak With a Healthcare Professional Before Use If You:

• Have a neurological or balance disorder.
• Have recurrent dizziness or vertigo.
• Have cancerous lesions or are receiving treatment for a serious medical condition.
• Are uncertain whether your medical history or another medical device makes Serenity unsuitable for you.

Do not use Serenity if a healthcare professional has advised you to avoid electrical stimulation.

General Precautions

• Use Serenity only as instructed.
• Remain seated or lying down throughout each session.
• Do not use while driving, operating machinery, bathing, or sleeping.
• Do not use near water or in wet environments.
• Do not use while intoxicated or otherwise impaired.
• Do not exceed the recommended 15-minute session duration.
• Start at the lowest intensity.
• Never increase intensity to the point of pain or discomfort.
• Do not use damaged cables, clips, or devices.
• Do not use while charging.
• Keep the device and accessories out of reach of children.

When to Stop Immediately

Stop using Serenity if you experience:

• Pain or uncomfortable electrical stimulation
• Dizziness, vertigo, or nausea
• Headache
• Significant skin irritation
• Any other unexpected or concerning symptom

Remove the clips after stopping the session.

Seek appropriate medical attention if symptoms are severe, persistent, or worsening.
