Session Controls and Indicators
Learn what each controller button and status indicator means during setup, charging, and a session.
Controls
- Z button: Starts or stops a session.
- Plus (+): Increases stimulation intensity.
- Minus (-): Decreases stimulation intensity.
Light Indicators
Pulsing Green
Meaning: A session is running.
What to do: No action is needed.
Blinking Red
Meaning: The device has detected poor contact with the ear clips.
What to do:
- Stop the session.
- Check that both clips are positioned correctly.
- Check the conductive gel and reapply if needed.
- Restart the session.
If the warning continues, inspect the clips and cable for damage.
Flashing Blue
Meaning: The device is making an automatic adjustment.
What to do: No action is required.
Blinking Battery Bars
Meaning: Battery level is low.
What to do: Recharge the device before your next session.
Cycling Battery Bars
Meaning: The battery is charging.
What to do: Allow charging to finish.
Battery Bars Turn Off After Charging
Meaning: Charging is complete.
What to do: Disconnect the USB-C cable.
